Help NACCRRA Call a Ceasefire in the Mommy Wars!

The “Mommy Wars” are a tactic used by the media to boost ratings by pitting mothers who work against those who stay home.  The truth is that all parents work hard!  We realize that stay-at-home moms and working moms face difficult decisions and share many of the same concerns when it comes to balancing family, work, and other commitments.  That is why NACCRRA is joining Mothers Ought to Have Equal Rights (MOTHERS) in calling for a ceasefire in the “Mommy Wars.”  MOTHERS has created a petition to let the heads of major media companies like CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, and FOX know that parents everywhere are tired of the Mommy Wars hype.  We would much rather see the media address the issues that matter to you as parents, and this is the perfect opportunity to tell them what those issues are!  NACCRRA and MOTHERS believe that all moms, and those who support them, can work together to make the “Mommy Wars” obsolete.

MOTHERS will deliver the signed petition to the heads of CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, and FOX at a media event in New York City.
