Welcome to Action for Children's Parent Central, the source for information and resources about issues affecting children and families.  We invite parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, educators, and anyone interested in improving the lives of children to join our online community.  Members can receive customized emails or visit the site at any time to learn about opportunities to get involved.

Here you will find information about child development, tips for raising children and planning children's activities by age group, as well as information about quality child care, research and policy issues.  You can also learn more about how to voice your concerns or support for children's issues to your legislators and representatives at the local, state and federal level. 

Action for Children's Parent Central is provided in partnership with the National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (NACCRRA) and Parents Action for Children (formerly I Am Your Child). NACCRRA is the nation's network of more than 850 child care resource and referral agencies located in every state and most communities across the U.S.  Action for Children is the child care resource and referral agency that serves the seven-county region of central Ohio.
